 * Hi, We have few questions on form customization.
 * 1. How do we enable standard/predefined/custom fields to customize registration/
   account forms? Forms fields were disable in register tab, but they are enabled

 * 2. We want to add new end-points tabs to account/profile page and change the 
   layout, how can we customize actual pages linked to short-codes?
 * 3. how can we add navigation Links in Profile tab?
 * 4. Where to create New “Custom Fields” for each form?

 * we use an email-based system. Answers are sent to the email used to create the
   ticket.
 * You should have received an email with this subject:
    **UWP Support :: Missing
   Form Fields in Register/Profile tabs**
 * In your Hotmail inbox. Replies to that mail will directly be forwarded to our
   support team.
 * Let us know if you didn’t receive it. (after checking it’s not in your spam folder)
