 * Hi, We have a HubSpot contact form embedded on our website on the webpage “[https://www.cobry.co.uk/start-your-journey&#8221](https://www.cobry.co.uk/start-your-journey&#8221);
 * We are using WordPress as a CMS, with the Hubspot plugin, Version 8.9.22. We
   have created the form using a shortcode “[hubspot type=form portal=xxxxxxx id
   =fb9b592f-39a9-43ae-b3ce-679e7ce52135]” On the website, the contact form isn’t
   loading.
 * When opening up our browser console, we get an exception – a syntaxerror: “Uncaught
   SyntaxError: Invalid regular expression: missing / (at v2.js?ver=1647617380:1:
   533025))”
 * This points to the javascript loaded by the HubSpot extension.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fmissing-form-using-plugin%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Hi [@wiktorjurek](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wiktorjurek/) , thanks
   for your message
 * Recently we added validation for our properties to avoid XSS attacks so `portal
   =xxxxxx` is a no longer valid input
 * To get your portal id you can get it from your options.php page under the field
   leadin_portalid or go to your hubspot account.
 * Let me know if this helps you

 * Hey, Harthur.
 * I obfuscated our portal ID, in the shortcode our portal code is there.
 * Thanks,

 * [@wiktorjurek](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wiktorjurek/) When I navigate
   to [https://www.cobry.co.uk/start-your-journey](https://www.cobry.co.uk/start-your-journey)
 * I can see the form fb9b592f-39a9-43ae-b3ce-679e7ce52135 is being correctly rendered
   on your page
 * Where are you seeing this error?
 * Best regards

 * Hey
 * I’m on Microsoft Edge, however, this error is intermittent.
    It’s now working
   on Google Chrome (both signed in, and in a private window), but yesterday it
   was not working.

 * I’ll investigate to see if we can reproduce, and let you know.
 * Also if this happens again, you can just message it here.

 * Hey,
 * Just an update that this is still happening. We’re also having trouble embedding
   other forms on our website. Sometimes the form on the website here
 * [https://www.cobry.co.uk/newsletter](https://www.cobry.co.uk/newsletter)
 * Throws an error:
    “hbspt.forms.create is not a function”

 * Hi [@wiktorjurek](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wiktorjurek/) , thanks
   for your message
 * Do you have any custom cache policy implemented on your WP?
 * also when this happens would you be able do download a HAR file and send it to
   [wordpress-support-groups@hubspot.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/missing-form-using-plugin/wordpress-support-groups@hubspot.com?output_format=md)

 * Hey, we use WPRocket as a caching service, but none of the caching policies (
   minify CSS), lazyload images etc should be making much of a difference – it’s
   all pretty standard.
 * I’ll make sure to get a HAR across whenever it happens. Is there something I
   should reference to ensure the team have the appropriate context?

 * Hey [@harthur90](https://wordpress.org/support/users/harthur90/). It’s not cropped
   up again. I believe it was due to a caching policy getting an outdated version
   of v2.js.
