 * Hi there, firstly great plugin.
 * I am doing accessibilty testing and it comes back with ‘Missing form label’ with
   the code below highlighted as the line where this is missing.
 * <input type=”checkbox” name=”item__4__fluent_checkme_” value=”1″ tabindex=”-1″
   style=”display: none !important;”>
   The actual dropdowns have labels but how do
   I add a label to the form itself as to not fail the standards.I get the same 
   error for a regular contact form (no drop-downs)I am proficient enough to add
   this code manually if need be.Thanks!Sheree

 * Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I will forward it to our developers
   so they will fix the accessibility issue in the future updates.
 * Currently, you cannot add the code manually as the plugin’s UI is built using
   VueJS and the code is compiled and minified for the production site.
