# Missing function "ftp_login" in BackWPup

 * Hi,
 * I wanted to run another backup last week using BackWPup, but noticed it was not
   working. Checking stuff, I found that in the job settings, the option to upload
   to ftp was disabled due to “Missing function “ftp_login””. Obviously I did not
   change anything between the last backup half way december and now, so where on
   earth is this coming from? I have no clue even where to start looking for the
   ftp_login function. Google was no real help either. I upgraded to WP 3.8 from
   3.7.1 but the problem still is there.

 * I solved my problem by reconfiguring my site back to php 5.3.3. Somehow it had

 * Still strange… Here i got about 10 sites all the same and only one site has this
   problem
