 * Hello all
 * I just discovered that the theme that I’m using (Eastview) does not have a functions.
   php file. Meanwhile, I discovered that I need such a file in order to have some
   plugins to work.
 * What should I do? Should I create one with just the code I need included?

 * Which plugin does require functions.php?
 * Edit. 99% of the themes do NOT have functions.php.
