* Hello,
I am attempting to load a gallery to a page using your plugin. The problem
is that only 5 or six of my galleries are in the list but I have many more.

* The information you have provided is not sufficient for me to help. Please provide
all relevant details such as the shortcode you are using, the platform, what
you are missing etc.

* My apologies. I am using WordPress 6.1.1 and loading the photonic gallery via
the gutenberg block. I have configured the global setting with the necessary
username and auth info. When I run the helpers > smugmug and enter my smugmug
username then click find, I do see some of the albums that I am missing in the
wizard. If I edit the block by putting the post in code editor mode I can manually
insert the album Id and get the album to display. This is obviously not the best
way and the person who will be adding galleries to my site will not be able to
do that. 😉
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

* Can you also please provide me with your user id, and some examples of albums
that you are expecting to see but are not seeing?

* Hi Sayontan, When I use the wizard to build I only see 7 items to choose from.
However, as you can see at this link: [https://api.smugmug.com/api/v2/user/catholichealthservices!albums](https://api.smugmug.com/api/v2/user/catholichealthservices!albums)
i have many more. Not all are public though. An example of one gallery that should
show up in the wizard is: [https://catholichealthservices.smugmug.com/Galleries/Installation-Mass-for-Ardy-Pallin](https://catholichealthservices.smugmug.com/Galleries/Installation-Mass-for-Ardy-Pallin)(
ID: snrJt4)
* My SmugMug site is setup with two folders One that is not listed (private) and
the other called “Galleries” contains all my galleries. This is the first gallery
in that folder and it is visible in the wizard: [https://www.smugmug.com/app/organize/Galleries/Hearts-for-Hospice-Best-of-the-Best-of-Las-Olas](https://www.smugmug.com/app/organize/Galleries/Hearts-for-Hospice-Best-of-the-Best-of-Las-Olas)(

* … And therein is the issue. Your albums are not public, so, since I am not authorized
to see them, what I am seeing in the API link are just **7 albums**. If your
albums are not public, you will need to go through authentication.
* But I am confused, because you have also said:
* > I have configured the global setting with the necessary username and auth info.
* Have you added your API key and performed the authentication from Photonic →
Authentication? Because, if the authentication is done, you should be seeing
all your albums.
