@zimios This is showing that you have GDPR fields enabled on your Mailchimp audience. The plugin then knows to insert that on your website because when GDPR fields are enabled, that typically means you need them for getting the consent from customers.
Once you disable those fields, they will go away on the site after the cache expires, or if you go in and save a setting in your Mailchimp plugin, it will recheck quicker.

Hello! Thanks for the update! Two more question, where I can disable the GDPR in MailChimpå? And secondly, any idea why this part “Please select all the ways…. and check boxes” doesnt get translate to Finnish?

To disable GDPR in MC > Audience (select audience) > Settings > GDPR Fields and Settings. You should note, this setting applies to forms only. Check out >This Link to MCs Help Docs for more infor
Even if GDPR features are disabled, you are still responsible for ensuring your practices comply with data protection laws applicable to your audience. Mailchimp provides GDPR tools to help with compliance, but they do not guarantee full compliance on their own.
RE why the text is not translated to Finnish – Looks like you may have figured that out. But for future reference, that would be located inside of the elements of your checkout page
