# Missing Image

 * Out latest instagram post it not displaying on our website. It is there but no
   image. There is no image in the preview in wp-admin either.

 * Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. This could be a conflict with
   image optimization, please try the following: Navigate to _Instagram feed > Settings
   > Advanced > **disable the JavaScript Image Loading** option._
    ​ ​Clear the 
   plugin cache, to do so, please navigate to your _Instagram feed > Settings > 
   Feeds > click the **Clear All Caches** button._ ​ ​If this doesn’t work we will
   need some more detailed information to troubleshoot this further. In that case,
   please send us a support request using the form on [our website here](https://smashballoon.com/support/),
   including the System Info.

   and the Access Token for your connection which we do not suggest posting here.

 * I lost all images after that.
 * After playing with other settings, They came back after I turned off GDPR.
