# Missing Image Files

 * I added few properties few weeks back. I also uploaded images. Now these images
   have disappeared and not visible in site. Have no idea, how that happened. Any
   guesses?

 * Hi there,
 * In 3+ years and tens of thousands of installs we’ve not seen this so it’s got
   to be something that was done manually, maybe unintentionally.
 * Images don’t just disappear by themselves. We use standard WordPress media library
   items to store any images/floorplans etc so are you sure they weren’t deleted
   from the ‘Media’ section direct?

 * No idea what happened, I uploaded the same files via FTP (the location did not
   have the files) and it worked.
