 * Hi,
 * We are trying out WP Import Export with intent to purchase if it does the job.
 * All WordPress and plugin’s are up to date. Using fresh Woo-commerce install.
 * Created a product then we exported it in XLSX format to find out the export fields.
 * Added product info to XLSX and uploaded.
 * Title, description, images link, category, tag and other OK but no Price (regular
   or on sale), no SKU and no shipping info (weight, size…).
 * The missing fields exported well but they do not import, any suggestion on how
   to resolved this issue would be appreciated.
 * Regards,
 * Ducktape

 * Hi,
 * Forgot to mention, there is a Save Template option but we did not find how to
   retrieve this template when importing the second time and this force us to add
   all links manually.
 * In the payed version, does this feature work properly and if so, do you have
   a video (on YouTube or elsewhere) to demonstrate this feature?
 * Regards,
 * Ducktape

 * Hi,
 * Thanks for getting in touch.
 * Export template is use for reload old export settings. just export migrate package
   by clicking on top of export page. import it. in import step 4 save template
   for import so when you import any file again just load it.
 * If you are just transfer data between sites then Please use migrate package.
   just click migrate package button on export page it will give zip file. import
   that zip file.
 * if you face any issue then please mail me sample file on [support@vjinfotech.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/missing-import-fields/support@vjinfotech.com?output_format=md)
   with your issue with details. i will provide solution in minimum time.
 * let me know if you still have any questions.
 * Thanks and have a nice day
