 * I would suggest clearing your browser cache and doing a forced reload of the 
   page.

 * Is this after an upgrade to 2.1.2?
 * Maybe you uploaded OK all of your files, but sometimes (it happens) some do not
   upload and are 0K (zero in size). Maybe this is the case?
 * I am running 2.1.2 fine since yesterday, not until I did a force reload **(ctrl
   + f5 in my browser)** some of the images didn’t show:)

 * even i do this it still stays same, is it ok to re-upload wp admin files witout
   install again

 * You don’t have any plugins installed that would affect the editor? I’d try turning
   them all off and trying to see if you can see the editor then.
 * I’d love to point at something specifically but I can’t think of anything.
 * TinyMCE does have a couple of pop up menus. I think it’s ALT-V or alt+shift+v.

 * Yes it is OK just to re-upload some files, if you upgraded, nothing will be changed
   after that:) Disabling plugins is also a good idea – check if it works:)

 * OK, i just disable one plugin and got back what i was missing, so it was the 
   plugin doing this, thanks for reply fellas.
