Missing Links

I removed the rowindal trojan virus from my PC yesterday and think it may have corrupted some of my wordpress files because today my links to my pages on my blog and my category links are all missing. When I click one of the links, I am directed to my webhost’s default homepage.

I used MalwareBytes Anti-Malware software as well as Microsoft’s OneScan virus removal to take out the rowindal trojan virus- is it possible this may have corrupted some of the content folders previously installed and working on my server or could it be a problem fixable within WordPress? When I am logged in as admin and editing/saving my categories and pages, everything seems to have updated/installed without a problem (displays “saved” and “updated” at the top of the page after each edit). Does anyone have any ideas for how I can get my links working again?
