# missing menu

 * I have 2 site running on wordpress 3.5.1, the newest one just installed yesterday
   and running live. But there is a difference on the dashboard menus beetween those
   2 site of mine. The newest one missed the editor sub menu in the appearance menu,
   and no submenus(editor, add new) in the plugin menu. i don’t know if there is
   any update since the 3.5.1 are the latest since 3.5, and the old site already
   use 3.5.1 version, and the dashboard menus are fine.
 * Please tell me how to show the submenus back, or maybe any fix updates. Thankyou.
 * Nb: i don’t use any plugin activated on the newer site, even ne plugin is running
   on the older site. I already change the theme to the default twenty twelve to
   check, but it’s still the same.

   I realized that i install my site multisited, and I have resolved my problem 
   by accessing the network admin dashboard. thanks.
