 * When sending a mail through a contact form (or just the test mail in the postman
   settings) the ‘message-id’ header is missing.
    Thus, when replying to the contact
   mail, there will be no threading of the conversation, which is a deal breaker
   for me.
 * When I use WP-Mail-SMTP instead, the message-id header is present.
 * I am using Postman SMTP v1.7.2 with Contact Form 7 v3.9.3.
    I send the mails
   through a Zoho Mail account via SMTP authentication, which does not automatically
   add a message-id header if it is missing. Gmail for example adds the message-
   id header automatically to support threaded views, but it should be the client
   that supplies the message id.
