Google will disapprove most of those because WooCommerce itself puts the wrong price in the JSON. Our plugin has an option to fix the WooCommerce JSON implementation, just enable it in the plugin settings section and empty your cache (should your site use a caching plugin). * As of the latest release (2.5.2) our plugin also adds the itemCondition to the JSON.
