# Missing notification

 * Hello Author,
    hope you are doing very well.
 * I have an issue with the plugin.
    We are a group of authors and I am the main
   admin.
 * I have configured the plugin to send an email whenever a post is created for 
   review.
    The contributors send the posts for review and I don’t get any email
   but whenever I change the status of my post from published to pending, I receive
   the email.
 * However, I want the system to send me an email whenever a contributor sends a
   post for review because they have not the role to publish directly.

 * thanks for reporting this! Can you confirm if the post authors are using Gutenberg
   editor or any other? Also, is the article being sent from frontend form?

 * We are using tinymce.
 * And the writers are contributers and they write the post and send it for review.
 * They use the formal backend for writing a post.
 * I get the notice when i switch a published post to pending but when a post is
   created from contributer and has pending status, I do not get any email.

 * unfortunately, we hadn’t a chance to look into this issue but I didn’t want to
   hold off the update.

 * Hmm, I cannot confirm this bug. It gets triggered for both Contributor and Admin
   users when they submit the post for review.
 * How does your workflow look like? I mean, how this contributor sends the post?
   Also, are you using Gutenberg? Any Custom Fields plugin?
