# Missing onvoice

 * Hi, I have just started using Yoco and out of 6 payments I have one that is entirely
   missing from my system. The money is received but there is no invoice, not even
   one that’s pending payment. I am not sure where to find yoco logs, but I also
   see that every yoco payment received generates an error on my logs which I have
   submitted separately. Hope you can help.
