• Hello,

I’m currently trying to migrate a website from wordpress.com to a self hosted version (4.6.1), but I have some trouble with theme options.

I have download and install Cubic from this page : https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/cubic/
But when activated, the theme got way more less options than in the wordpress.com version.

I wasn’t able to find if the theme requires some plugin o other dependencies.

Here is the custom panel of the theme on wordpress.com and the one I got in my self hosted version.

    Any informations ?
    Thanks a lot. 🙂

Custom colours and fonts are a WordPress.com feature that can be replicated on a self-hosted site with some extra steps. For example, if you’re looking for a WordPress.com colour palette, can you provide a link to your old site and I can help you get the CSS you’ll need to replicate it on your self-hosted site.

You can get a custom CSS editor with the Jetpack plugin’s Custom CSS module. You’ll then add your custom CSS in the new stylesheet editor that’ll appear in your dashboard, under Appearance > Edit CSS. You could also install a standalone custom CSS plugin if you prefer.

Jetpack has other modules htat will bring you additional WordPress.com functionality, including the contact form, extra widgets, sharing buttons, and more.

Content Options are a WordPress.com-only feature for now.

Let me know how it goes and if you need further help.
