# MISSING ORDER LOST- DELETED

 * Dear team kindly note yesterday i had this order in my backend 64333 and i created

   the today im checking the order and its lost its permanently deleted by user

   and we have BIG ISSUE now and we want to know who deleted the order from the 
   backend? please can someone help? this is so dangerous risky and critical to 
   know. who is the user system that deleted this order please!!! and how can i 
   restore it back?

 * From what I gather, the (repeat?) order with #64333 was placed, then an administrator
   account opened it, before user _**system**_ deleted it.
 * As a first step, feel free to get in touch with the user activity log/audit tool’s
   support channel, in use at your site, for further details about user **_system_**.
 * Furthermore, I’d recommend reaching out to the site’s hosting provider about 
   restoring from a site’s backup.
