# Missing Orders

 * Hi, we recently launched a rebranded website however when we checked our orders
   it’s not the same as the original site.
 * If we import the all the orders from the original site will this fix the problem?
 * Will the existing orders be skipped? What if there are orders with the same order
   number but with different products?

 * Thank you for reaching out.
    - If you select **“Skip”** under “If order exists in the store,” existing orders
      will remain unchanged, and only new orders will be imported.
    - When the imported order has the same order number as an existing one but contains
      different products, choosing “**Update existing orders**” will replace the
      products in the store’s order with those from the imported order.
    - If there are conflicting order numbers but they belong to different orders,
      you can **unmap the “Order ID” & “Order Number” columns** during import. This
      will allow WooCommerce to assign new unique IDs and order numbers automatically.
