# Missing orders

 * Woocommerce 2.6.4
    Plugin 1.2.4
 * I have found that I have PayPal transactions, but don’t have orders.
    I see order
   ID in PayPal transaction, but Woocommerce simply doesn’t have order with such
   id. I have uprated the version of plugin to 1.4.5.1 and will start to check it
   daily.
 * Do you have any idea why it could happen ?

   more likely to be because woo-commerce have changed a lot and so is PayPal express.
   Please make sure to update the plugin to latest version along with woo-commerce
   and see if the problem goes away. If not then let us know we will be happy to
   take a deeper look and see whats going on there

   orders are coming from a different source other than this particular WooCommerce
   site?
