Missing Orders In GA

    Hi, about 50% of our orders are not being tracked. I have created a goal on the thank you page and it shows the correct number in goals however in Ecommerce reports there are 50% of orders missing?

    Hi @growthlytics,

    Thank you for writing to us!

    We did a quick check of the store & found that plugin is working perfectly up to checkout page. However, we are unable to test thank you page due to payment method.

    There are 2 possibilities here:

    1. Auto return for all the payment method no configured well
    2. Some Javascript error on the thank you page which hindering the functionality of our plugin.

    Please verify both from your end.

    We did a quick of your store & Custom theme detected on it. As we have mentioned in the description & FAQs, the free version is not fully compatible with the child/custom theme & product type other than a simple product.
