# Missing plugin menu?

 * Hello everyone. I hope you can help as I am at my wits end trying to fathom why
   the plugins menu is simply missing from my wordpress. I have all the other menus
   that should be there when I go to edit my website but I cannot work out why the
   plugin menu is missing and what I can do to get it. Any help you are able to 
   provide would be greatly appreciated.
