Missing pop-up and scrollbar when inserting link

I am currently running into a problem when inserting a link into a post or a page. I am using WordPress 4.2.2 and TinyMCE Advanced 4.1.9. The issue is whenever I am in the editor for a page or a post and any time I add a link, it removes the scroll bar and I don’t get a pop up like I would if I were inserting or editing a video / symbol or any of the insert functionalities. Is there anything I can do that will resolve this issue. Thanks!
