# Missing product attributes

 * I have several woocommerce site running on a different hosting. Usually, when
   I add a product with attributes, attributes will show up under products>Attributes.
   This isn’t the case under my new shop. Attributes are still showing on my single
   product page. When I go to edit product, I can also see them under the attributes
   field and variation field. Surprisingly, it is not showing up under products>
   attributes.
 * I am trying to resolve this issue by going to woocommerce>status>tools>**Regenerate
   the product attributes lookup table**
 * It doesn’t look like the it is regenerating anything. There are only 5 products
   in shop.
 * I also manually added the attributes color and size without configuring any terms.
   Still cannot regenerate the product attributes lookup table.

 * There are two type of attribute: Global and Custom.
 * Global attributes are displayed in the Products -> Attributes page and can be
   added to any product in it’s Attributes tab
 * Custom attributes are added directly into the product’s attribute tab and are
   specific to that product – they are not available to other products.
