# Missing profile

 * Hello, after the backup I flew profile and shows a blank page with a strip. Please
   tell me how can I recover the profile? Settings are the same as before the backup.

 * I see in the source code that there is `div` for this thing that you are missing
   but it is empty – no content.
 * Please try switching theme to a different one and check if it will appear then,
   as for me it doesn’t sound like the theme issue.
