# Missing Read more link

 * Hello, I would like to ask some help. I use Kale free theme and I’m a beginner.
   
   My problem is that the ‘read more’ link is not displayed on my blog. I have a
   post, I insert the ‘read more’ tag and it Works that it cuts my post at the right
   place, but there is NO ‘read more’ link to clikk on it. Could you plese help 
   me how to resolve it? Thanks!

 * Thank you for getting in touch with us.
 * Kale uses excerpt instead of content in the blog feed so you don’t see Read More
   button. To add this you can modify theme file but I would recommend installing
   this little plugin: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/read-more-excerpt-link/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/read-more-excerpt-link/)
   and turn on “Show More Frequently” option under Settings → Read More Excerpt 
   section.
