We’ve been made aware that this is happening for new connections and have reached out to the Facebook team to let us know what’s suddenly caused this. We haven’t released any changes to the plugin itself, so it does seem that there may have been a change to the Facebook API that we use instead. * In order to help the Facebook team troubleshoot this further, it would be great if we could get some additional details for your accounts that would help them pinpoint your connections. At the moment they are asking if they could have your Facebook email address, and Business Manager ID. * As I can appreciate these are sensitive pieces of information, we would request that you raise a support request [via our support form](https://www.skyverge.com/contact/?form_type=general) so that we can collate the information in private and send it over to them. If you’d be willing to pass this on to us, that would be a great help! * Of course, we’ll circle back here if we find out more too.
