# Missing shortcode button – non-admin users

 * Hi – I have two user profiles set in WP: Administrator & Editor.
 * When one is signed into WP as admin, the shortcode button which allows for the
   insertion of gallery or individual pics is present.
 * When one is signed into WP as editor, the shortcode button is missing.
 * I would like to provide my non-techy client access as editor and having the button
   is a lot easier for them to understand.
 * Is there a hidden privileges setting somewhere?

 * Under Gallery > Roles
 * Set the _Use TinyMCE Button / Upload tab:_ to include Editor.
