 * Hi,
 * We are attempting to implement Profile Builder Pro’s User Listing add-on on a
   client’s web site. We created a page to list all users with the Subscriber role
   using the shortcode [wppb-list-users visibility=”restricted” roles=”subscriber”];
   the page displays the Subscribers without problem.
 * However, when clicking on the “more” link to display a single user’s profile,
   we get a 404 error. Can you help us correct this?
 * Thank you.

 * Hello,
 * go to your dashboard->settings->permalinks and selecting post name save and refresh
   the permalinks; it should work right after.

 * Thanks for your reply. Setting permalinks to Post Name had no effect.
 * The all-user listing is here: [http://www.acaac.org/acaac-registry/](http://www.acaac.org/acaac-registry/).
   There is one user listed, as there should be. Clicking on the “More” link ([http://www.acaac.org/acaac-registry/user/5](http://www.acaac.org/acaac-registry/user/5))
   still produces the 404 error.

 * Hello,
 * you have set the userlisting to private, so I can’t take a look it. If you want
   I can check it out myself, but for that I will need a WP account with admin rights,
   as well as FTP credentials. You can send these to [gabriel@cozmoslabs.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/missing-single-user-page/gabriel@cozmoslabs.com?output_format=md),
   along with a link to this thread.
