Missing Stats – TSK

    Having a real time chasing stats!
    Current site URL: https://scholarlykitchen.sspnet.org/
    Staging: https://scholarlyk.wpengine.com/
    Development: https://scholarlykdev.wpengine.com/
    Jetpack UN: scholkitch
    Jetpack UN: windmill92195638b8

    Everything was running fine and dandy with the ‘scholkitch’ user. Stats data for years. Then something happened and the site was connect to a different Jetpack user ‘windmill92195638b8’. Now we’re trying to get back to ‘scholkitch’.
    We SEEM to have Jetpack connected, but stats have not changed from what we saw with the ‘windmill92195638b8’ user.

    Any help is much appreciated!

    Hi @windmilldesign –

    I have moved your stats and subscriptions for you. They should now be correct on scholarlykitchen.sspnet.org.

    In the future, you can use Jetpack’s Staging Mode with development sites to prevent this issue:

    Thanks so much @lastsplash !!!
    Client is saying that they have Stats back to 2017 but not prior to 2017.
    Any chance that this is a limit to the Jetpack systems, or perhaps there is something else going on?

    Hi @windmilldesign

    Can you have them check again? It looks like the stats prior to 2017 had been merged into a previous development or staging site and they needed to be un-merged and then separately added to the current site.
