 * After creating our main sections, we created sub-sections linked to a parent.
   The sections and sub-sections are showing up correctly on the site within the
   main knowledge base however, we’re unable to see them from WP-Admin -> Knowledge
   Base -> Sections. Once we assigned a parent they disappeared, and we can’t view
   them to edit or re-order them in the menu.

 * This might be because of the confusing UI.
 * When you are managing the sections, you need to select the parent section. Once
   you are into managing that section, the sub sections will appear in that same
   drop down.
 * Please let me know if this is still confusing and I will try to create an image
   guide for you.

 * Please provide images. I’m not seeing the sub-sections in the dropdown for our
   main knowledge base and the text that says “Section: root” doesn’t appear to
   be clickable.

 * Take a look at this [https://cln.sh/pndpmrNx](https://cln.sh/pndpmrNx)
 * What you need to do is you need to click on the actual parent section to get
   to the sub section. If there is a sub section under a section, it will show up.
 * This is little confusing I know. And in future major update of the plugin, I
   will try to come up with better UX for this.
 * Hope this helps?
