# Missing subscribers?

 * Hi,
    We’ve been using your excellent plugin for a year now. However, we’ve just
   noticed something strange on the ‘Subscribers’ page that started happening for
   no apparent reason.
 * It says we have 15 subscribers in the drop down filter, but the email table says‘
   No items found’
 * This is for both the public and the registered tab.
    Adding new subscribers results
   in a ‘Success’ message, but still nothing appears in the email table.
 * Have you seen this before?

 * I’ve only ever seen this if there is a search field entry that produces no matches
   but that should get cleared when you moved between the Public and Registered 
   Subscriber tabs.
