 * Hello,
 * My subscribers are disappearing. I set up and picked a list for them to go to
   but Im not even getting a confirmation email that anyone has subscribed. I am
   subscribing my friends to check it’s working…..
 * Please help, i’m launching tomorrow and it’s making me nuts.

 * Hey there Lorna,
 * Sorry to hear about the issues that you’re seeing with the plugin form. In pulling
   up your site and using the signup form on the right-hand side of the page, I
   was able to successfully receive the confirmation e-mail in my test Gmail inbox,
   so the form does appear to be working as expected.
 * When testing, can you confirm that you’re seeing a “success” message upon entering
   your email address into the form? If not, make sure to give a few seconds after
   submitting your email address to display the success message (which I can confirm
   is working on your website).
 * I would also recommend utilizing our KB article on the potential reasons that
   you or your recipients may not be receiving the confirmation email, here:
 * Why aren’t my recipients getting confirmation emails when they sign up?: [http://eepurl.com/mnYz](http://eepurl.com/mnYz)
 * Because the form is working as expected in my testing, this may be indicative
   of something that isn’t necessarily plugin-specific (i.e. confirmation email
   isn’t being accepted by the receiving server being tested with). In that case,
   the best bet would be to reach out to MailChimp’s support team, and they’ll be
   able to help through live chat or email to diagnose further what you may be seeing.

 * Thanks tk
 * I don’t know what it was but I think I had fixed it before you checked it. I
   just deleted and started again. Thank you very much for checking it out for me.
 * 🙂
 * cheers
