# Missing "Syndication" Page/Button

 * For some reason I’m missing the whole “Syndication” section of the plugin in 
   the backend.
 * And, I don’t know if it’s related, but, when I go to the “Feeds & Updates” page,
   under “Syndicated Link category:” the dropdown only has “2. Contributors” yet
   it won’t even select that.
 * If these are not related, I can create another thread for the category issue.

 * Sorry to hear you’re running into this problem. I believe that it should be fixed
   in the most recent release of FeedWordPress (v. 2012.1212, released earlier today),
   which includes a series of compatibility fixes for changes recently introduced
   in the WordPress admin UI.
 * Could you take a look at the new version at [http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/feedwordpress/](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/feedwordpress/)
   and let me know if making the upgrade solves the problem you’re encountering?

 * The new release seems to have fixed the syndication page issue but the “Syndicated
   Link category” is still only showing Contributors and that keeps disappearing.

 * O.K. Could you create a separate thread for that issue, and describe in a bit
   of detail what you expect to see happen with the dropdown, and what’s happening
   instead? (If you’re able to take screenshots that would help somewhat.)
 * If it’s alright with you, I’ll mark this request as resolved (for the menu issue
   which the FWP upgrade has seemingly resolved) and we can troubleshoot issue with
   the link-category dropdown in the other thread.
