# Missing Tag Generator and Shortcode

 * Hi there! I have been using Contact Form 7 with no issues until now, that Tag
   Generator and Shortcode are missing. I cannot add new fields through the interface.
 * I’m using WordPress 3.8.1 + Contact Form 7 3.7.2 + Contact Form DB 2.6.3 + Contact
   Form 7 – Dynamic Text Extension 1.1.0.2

 * emartos, did you have any luck with this issue after deactivating your plugins.
   I have been using this plugin on a large number of projects without this type
   of issue and this seemed to have arised more recently with the following js error–
   TypeError: e.widget.extend is not a function
 * The form submissions work with a success message, however, the emails are never
   sent.

 * I was able to look into this further and it appears that a plugin Easy Content
   Types was causing the issue. I was hoping that this would solve the current issue
   where the client is not receiving email but this may be server related.
