# Missing Theme

 * Our theme is missing on the website. The theme information is below. Tried updating,
   but it brought the entire site down. Has anyone experience this? It shows this
   theme “Active”, but none of the theme tools are present.
 * WordPress 4.4.2 running WD TechGoStore theme.

    If

 * Go to your root of your wordpress site in wp-config.php
 * search the following line
 * `define('WP_DEBUG', false);`
 * and chane false to true
    then save the change Remember to change true to false
   after solving your problem ,because some hackers use it for their attack!

 * or should I say, nothing under editing for the .php is called wp-config.php.
   
   Running a ‘find’ in editor, and still nothing

 * I think I can’t find it because another user originally installed this to program.
   So the root directory will be on another computer – I am assuming.
 * I think I can manually create a wp-config.php file by locating the sample file
   named “wp-config-sample.php” (located in the root install-directory), editing
   it as required, and then saving it as wp-config.php.?

 * No , you download a wordpress package from wordpress.org
    then replace your site
   with new wordpress package, last,you should go to wp-config and enter your database
   information like user,pass,and database name remember not to remove theme and
   plugin folder!!
