# Missing thumbnails

 * Hi ShadowsDweller
 * A nice Plugin and potentially very useful but I am having difficulties. Tried
   to Bulk Rename and Retitle some images (Mozilla Firefox) and noted only Retitling
   took place. In addition, all the renamed thumbnails are now not visible in Media
   Library and clicking on edit takes me to an edit page with no image.
 * Interestingly, the page where these images are used (prior to my renaming them)
   still show the images
 * Any help greatfully recived

 * I will be happy to fix the issue but need to know where to start. Do you see 
   any errors in the console? Any PHP errors popping up?

 * I would be curious to hear what you found as I am experiencing a similar problem.
   My files only rename (don’t retitle) and no thumbnails are available through 
   the Media Library — clicking on edit takes me to a blank page. When I turn the
   plug in off, the Media Library thumbnails are available again. I have left the
   plugin off for now. Thanks for any insight.
