 * I have tried every solution to this issue, nothing works. I have de-activated
   my plug-ins and problem is still there. I re-installed the software, didn’t solve
   the problem. I removed the theme and tried with the Twenty-Twelve Theme and the
   toolbar is still missing. How can I start all over with a fresh install so I
   can get the toolbar back?

 * I am really at my wits end with this issue. I can’t create any new posts so this
   issue is critical for me.
 * Your help will be greatly appreciated.

 * I reinstalled WordPress 3.5.1 using a copy provided by my web host, and it worked.
 * I was told that somehow, the latest wordpress 3.5.1 software I downloaded previously
   which I then uploaded and installed was bad.

 * The basic steps are:
 * > – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works,
   > re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
   > – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of
   > WordPress?
 * Right, I have done everything…
    – deactivating all plugins? yes I did, and then,
   as it didn’ work, DELETED them. (by ftp) – switching to the default theme to
   rule out any theme-specific problems? yes, but nothing. – re-uploading the wp-
   admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress? yes I did,
   even deleting first and the re-uploading all wordpress (only wp-content is the
   same to keep all the information)
 * I even go to [http://mydomain.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/wp-tinymce.php](http://mydomain.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/wp-tinymce.php)

   but to be honest, I don’t know if there is an error (you can try [http://colegiojoaquincosta.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/wp-tinymce.php](http://colegiojoaquincosta.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/wp-tinymce.php))
 * So I am getting crazy, can anyone help???

 * Hi again, I got the solution for this problem, at least in my case.
 * > It often cause of the corrupt media in media library.
   > You may fix this by accessing to the wp-config.php file using the hosting control
   > panel / ftp editor program ( in the root folder where you install wordpress)
   > Then try adding this
   > define(‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘1024M’);
   >  Collapse Code
   > right after the php tag is opened ( <?php )
   > Also, You have to remove corrupt media in media library.
 * It works again!!
