 * Just did a new multisite install v. 3.2.1 and when I go to one of my subdomains
from the network/all sites/dashboard, I do not have the domain mapping option
under tools. I only see import and export. Everything seems to be working ok
so far in the network admin. How do I get this menu to map each subdomain?

 * OK, making some progress here. I added a brand new subdomain, in which I can
now see the tools, domain mapping menu option. The other 5 subdomains I have
were single wordpress installs that I moved into multisite. I have not deleted
those single installs, as Hostgator noted I should leave them alone unless there
is a space issue later. I believe these 5 subdomains are mapped correctly, as
I have can see the correct mapping in the network/all sites screen. I guess all
is working ok. My only concern is the 5 installs, what will happen if I delete
   those single installs.

 * You can’t map the primary domain, just the subdomains.

 * Uh. Yes, you SHOULD get rid of them. If the PSYCHICAL subdomains still exist
then your webserver will use those instead of the same-named virtual ones. Either
remove them (backing them up first obviously) or rename them. Also, if you had
manually mapped those subdomains, you need to remove that mapping.
