 * After updating to the latest version of this plugin, I am getting an error on
   GA that says “Missing Tracking Code”.
 * No valid tracking code could be found for at least 1,413 pages in property Queens
   Press.

 * Check the source code of your site, the tracking code is there but you’ve added
   it multiple times (3 times). You need to remove the duplicate code.

 * That code is probably embedded in a theme file. You’ll just have to dig around
   for it.
