Missing underline on primary menu

    The bottom line on my primary menu disappeared some time ago and I have not figured out how to get it back. I want a nice little black line there to divide the header and menu from the rest of the content. I have tried everything in the customize section. I haven’t been able to find a CSS code. Please help.
