Missing Users and Comments

Greetings everyone,

I’ve recently launched a new website for a client and everything appears to be running smooth so far, but today I’m puzzled with a situation.

There’s a couple of registered users that are missing and one of the comments posted by one of these users is missing too.

I’ve received the user register confirmation emails and the comment moderation email too but when I go to the site comments, the comment is not there. When clicking the URL from the comment moderation email, I get a message that the comment has already been approved but it simply isn’t there.

That lead me to double check the users registration mails with the users listed under the Admin > Users, and I spotted a couple more users missing.

I’m running WP 3.5.1 + Genesis 1.9.2 + Theme My Login to handle user registration, with email activation enabled and comments enabled only on certain pages/posts and for logged in users only.

Does anyone have a clue?
