# Missing Users

 * Hi,
 * Over the last month or so I have received dozens of email notifications of new
   users to my site. This is not a site that offers and public opportunity to create
   an account, nor is it required to comment. I assume these are spammy accounts.
   The problem is that when I login to my dashboard to delete the new users, there
   aren’t any. Nothing. Just my admin accounts.
 * What could be happening here? How is this possible? Does this indicate that I
   have a security vulnerability and what can I do to stop it?

 * Hello,
 * are you using any membership plug in?
 * because sometimes wp members and membership members could be in separate folders.
 * Check all membership plug ins, users tab and subscribers tab if you have been
   collection emails.
 * Good to put some kind of recapta on the log in or register form to avoid spammers.
