# Missing Value when subscribing

 * I have long and short versions of my subscribe forms for user convenience. When
   I create form fields and make them mandatory, even though I don’t use it on the
   short form, I get “missing value for custom field” notifications when users try
   and subscribe using the short form. I have a large selection of custom fields
   that I sometimes use, or don’t use in my forms. Surely if they are not in an 
   actual subscribe form they should be ignored?

 * If a custom field is set to be mandatory, it has to be included in all forms.
   Otherwise, when we verify it, you’ll get this error message.
 * Unfortunately, you need to set the custom field to not mandatory or add it to
   all your forms.
