 * Google Complains about missing values in the feed. Why doesn’t your plugin fill
   in default or blank information? I see SO MANY PEOPLE complaining about the same
   problem. Its quite obvious this plugin has some usability issues.
 * Missing identifiers [gtin, mpn, brand]
    Missing value [shipping] Violation of
   Shopping ads policy Missing value [image link] Missing value [description]

 * Hello [@graftedin](https://wordpress.org/support/users/graftedin/)
 * Thank you for contacting us.
    Does your products contain GTIN, MPN and/or Brand
   numbers? Have you set your shipping settings in your Merchant center What notice
   do you get for the shopping ads policy you seem to violate?
 * Are all products missing image links? Check the feed on the item with the missing
   IMage link. Does that product have an image? Please investigate why this is missing
   and not showing while others are?
 * Same with description, are all product missing a description attribute? investigate
   the feed and your products in woocommerce. What is the difference between the
   products with and without.

 * We don’t have gtn, mpn or brand. If that’s the case your plugin should be smart
   enough to pass default values to keep google happy.
 * I finally found how to set it manually through your plugin to allow free shipping.
   What I would expect to happen is that you’d look at my products and the shipping
   options set for each and then just include that in the feed. Instead I had to
   do it manually.
 * Tax….I never did figure out tax with your system but again I’d expect you to
   use the tax rules I set in woocommerce.
 * Ads policy was google’s fault, the other 2 where just because my test product
   found its way in to the feed.
 * The bottom line is I expected this to be able to take my working woo store, read
   my products and settings and then just work. It didn’t.
 * I realize this is probably a very complex plugin. But everyone seems to have
   the same problems with it so if you can figure out how to get past that then
   you’ll really have a good plugin.

 * Update. MPN needs to default to product/post id if an mpn is not entered for
   each product.

 * Hello [@graftedin](https://wordpress.org/support/users/graftedin/),
 * Thank you for all your suggestions.
    You have to understand though that the software
   is quite a complex plugin where we have to make some choices in order to keep
   it manageable and does not take to many resources. Besides that, Open source
   like WordPress is a blessing and also has some side effect as in that there are
   uncountable setups possible with plugins and customizations and also with different
   server setups. So we had to create a plugin that will work for as many setups
   as possible while not making things over complicated and heavy on recourses.
 * So our users have to think for there selves a bit.
    Most clients are professionals
   and know how to get things working.
 * The support requests you find here are just a small group of the thousands of
   users we have.
 * Nevertheless, thank you for your suggestions we love to hear from our users.
 * Auke.
