Misunderstand hidden element

    Hi,
    I have cloned admin role with User Role Editor
    In Adminimize i can see in backend menu that nothing is cheked for the cloned role.
    But on the clone admin role i CAN’T have access to WP EMAIL USERS while it display for admin.
    An idea of this “bug”?

    Hi @johanna75,

    Can you check for the new role to see if this role have the capability to manage WP EMAIL USERS?

    yes i confirm that in USER ROLE EDITOR all is cheked even:
    Email multiple users
    Email single user
    Email user groups
    Email users notify

    But for this role WP EMAIL USERS do not display on backend WP menu.
    Have you an idea to fix this?

    Hi,
    Did you try to access this via direct link?
    ( I mean copy access link to WP EMAIL USERS role and then try to access in your new admin role? ).

    If it’s working, maybe the problem of displaying?

    thanks i finally create a new admin and now it display on menu.
    But plugin SEND EMAIL page stay blank… there is a lot a bugs with WP EMAIL USERS.
    Will see with them.
