 * WPtouch was working fine until I started using a child theme (Advanced Twenty
Seventeen). That, or something else must be interfering with WPtouch; the customizer
for the mobile site gets stuck on the loading screen. The plugin is active and
affects the mobile version of my site, but I’m unable to make any changes.
 * Secondarily, change I’m looking to make is fixing the header – it currently just
displays text that says ‘logo image’. This also started when I switched to the
child theme. You can see it here:

 * I’m pretty in experienced in all this so any help would be greatly appreciated.
 * Thanks very much!

 * had you previously set the logo image in the customizer/header for the parent
   theme?

 * Yes, I had. It worked and looked fine until switching to the child theme. I don’t
know if it makes a difference, but the child theme was created automatically
by the plugin “Advanced Twenty Seventeen”. It carried over all my other settings
   without any problems.
 * One possible interference is that I used the advanced settings to change the
background color in the header, which might have messed with the WPTouch settings.
But I don’t know if that has much bearing on the initial problem of the customizer
   not loading.

 * I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the theme and WPtouch – no luck.
Are there possibly some hidden files that I can remove via FTP in order to ‘start
from scratch’, without actually rebuilding the entire site over again?
