 * I am new to WordPress. Please help me as the square effect in mobile doesn’t 
   go down. The description on one image is always up.

   i can’t understand properly, Are you want difference effect as desktop and mobile
   or wanna top to bottom effects?
 * IF you want difference effects as mobile and desktop version its not possible.
 * OR, wanna top to bottom effects then kindly change effects direction from shortcode
   editing page. I also see your descriptions go don while hover, I suggest you 
   to change font size under “Descriptions Setting” -> Typography or reduce text
   from descriptions.
 * BO problem as you new kindly reply if you wanna any help or somethings confusion
   about my plugins
