Mobile Devices

My video gallery works great on computers (Mac and PC), but I can’t get the videos to load on my iPad and iPhone, and I have had people tell me they cannot on their android devices either. I’m sure I have overlooked another thread on this somewhere…if someone could provide me with the link or some insight to the problem, I would appreciate it.
